Situated in Kempton Park, just east of Johannesburg, Allscan Trading (PTY) Ltd is a privately owned distribution company specializing in the document imaging industry. Since its inception in December 2007 it has been providing the imaging industry with leading brand named document scanners and document imaging software.

As a value added distributor, Allscan was successful in securing the distributing rights for brand names such as Kodak; Visioneer; Canon, Xerox Scanners and Intuitive Dashboards. A true distribution partner, our focus is on building sound long term, mutually beneficial relationships built on mutual trust and respect, with our customers.

Our business model is completely different from other distributors, because of our Consulting services offering.  Allscan has been instrumental in setting up well functioning and measureable output driven, Document Management centers or departments within larger organizations. Our Intuitive Dashboard measures performance levels and throughput of each individual within the Document management department to ensure accuracy and accountability, whilst maintaining full audit trails of each document, because in the words of Dr Deming “You cannot manage, what you cannot measure”

	Chris Botha – Managing Director Chris has over 25 year’s financial experience. His expertise though is not limited to balance sheets and journals, but he also has 15 years’ experience within the Document Management Industry. He was the owner of a company providing scanning, indexing and retrieval solutions to customers, which exposed him to the technical side of the industry. His skill set is valuable in many areas of the business and as Managing Director of Allscan Trading, he has been instrumental in growing a small business to what Allscan is today – a recognized force within the Document Management/Imaging industry.  He is also the one of only a handful of people that is certified by  all of Allscan’s suppliers to support and maintain their products.  The combination of technical, financial and industry knowledge is non-existent anywhere else and he is a big asset to both Allscan and our customers.
	Eldaline Botha – Marketing and Sales Director Eldaline has more than 20 years’ experience in the Life cycle management of documents, both on the scanning, retrieval and the off-site storage of physical documents.  Her experience and understanding of the industry, puts her ahead of most of the competition and enables her to give valuable input, which can assist customers in making the right decisions for their business on either hardware, software or services side.  Her involvement on mega projects makes her the ideal person to evaluate current processes and make valuable suggestions on how to improve document management processes and procedures.  She has been instrumental in the installation of many software solutions that aided companies to dynamically make changes that impacted their bottom line, by streamlined and transparent processes.
	Deirdre Allers - Operations Manager Deirdre has more than 15 years’ experience in the Document Management industry with a focus on in-house sales and logistics. Doing both sales and logistics she has built close relationships with both customers and suppliers. Deirdre has strong customer service skills and her product knowledge is a valuable asset to Allscan and its customers.
	Lodi Ehlers - Key Account Manager Lodi has over 10 years’ experience in the Document Management Industry, focusing on off-site storage and project management. Her skills are now being utilized to maintain one of Allscan’s major accounts as well as managing the 15 Allscan staff that are deployed on the Medupi Grootegeluk Expansion Project (GMEP). With her experience, she is able to evaluate a customer’s needs and combine all the different offerings within Allscan, to address such needs.
